When my name was Keoko!! ♥

Did i enjoy it? Why or why not?

Oh yeah... I did enjoy it A LOT! I like how the story was set up with a war and all those things about Japanese and Korean. The author is pretty well on choosing Tae-yul and Sun-hee as the main characters and write about their thoughts. I still wonder where is Uncle and how's going on in the North? Would he back after the war end? But anyways, I love the way the author end the story with an open ending, because it makes us more curious and also we could imagine the ending on our own too. The descriptions were fascinating, the characters appealed me into their world full of adventures and secrets life under the Japanese occupation.

I really like this book, I had so much fun reading this ^^ <3

Visualization!! ♥

When My Name was Keoko - chapter 28 - 30... I guess xD

While I listened along, I imagined bombs and planes and people got shoot in the head; how Tae-yul would appreciate to fly on an airplane. I also visualized how Omoni screams when she heard that Tae-yul has died. Keoko was very sad at that time and seeing her mother depress was so hard to her to even think about neighbor accounting. But when she heard that Japan was freed, I can see her face was light up a little bit and a gentle smile appeared on her face. ^^ ==> like this =D. [ muahahah finally!!! ]. It was interesting to imagine all the scenes in our mind while reading. I enjoyed it a lot :P.

When my name was Keoko ( chapter 9 )

1. Why do you think Uncle suddenly changed when Sun-hee introduced her friend Jung-shin at his printing shop?
         - I think Uncle sunddenly changed because when he heard that Jung-shin's family is rich so he thought of the idea to work with Jung-shin's family too. I also think that because Jung-shin's family is Japanese so they always at the top, if he gets along with them, he will bring back a lot of wealthy things.

2. What movie did Onishi-san show the students at school?
          - Oninshi-san showed the students the video of American fighting with Japanese. It talked about how bad the American are. It tried to convince either Japanese and Korean to be on Japanese's side. If the Korean believe in that propaganda, Korean will not fight against the Korean anymore and together they conquer American.

3. How did the film depict Americans?
          - The film depict Americans are cruel and maliciouse. They wanted to invade their countries and they are the bad and evil side. So now, Korean and Japanese have to unite together so they will conquer the strong country - America. Also, they showed that Americans will treat us very badly if they invade the country.

4. Why do you think he showed the students this film?
          - He showed the students this film because it will help the Japanese have more allies and they will easily take over America if there are no teams fight against Japan. The Japanese thought that if the students watched the movie, they will go to the Japanese side and together they invade America.

My best book ♥

I think the best

book I've read is "the lightning thief". I love this book because it mentions for a magical world, it has a great plot and fascinating characters.
While I'm reading this book, it appeal me into another world of adventurous. People in the book are all son/daughters of gods/goddesses. They have their own and strange power that they earn from there father or mother. There is a rule that the god/goddesses can't see their children which Zeus created. In that time, all the gods are fighting to clarify their places in the Olympia. Percy Jackson was one of the god's son. Poseidon - father of Percy Jackson, left him when he was 12-months-old. He cursed his dad and he got in to a trap which was created by his friend - Luke Castellan. Everything are miserable and strange for Percy, but he had to face all. Challenging, adventurous, that's why i like this book.
